LGV SEA : cacophonie autour du financement

Le projet de ligne à grande vitesse au sud de Bordeaux vient de vivre une semaine particulièrement tumultueuse. Le 13 février, le président socialiste du conseil général du Lot-et-Garonne, Pierre Camani, annonce que son département, qui a pris part au financement de Tours - Bordeaux, ne participera pas à celui de la ligne après Bordeaux. En cause, la nécessité pour son département de réduire ses dépenses. Puis, le 16 février, son homologue du Gers, Philippe Martin, annonce que sa collectivité ne participera pas non plus aux prolongements de la ligne au sud de Bordeaux. Raison invoquée : il s’agit d’un « chantier d’Etat ». Entre-temps, le 14 février, le président PS de la région Midi-Pyrénées a évoqué une possible remise en cause de la participation des collectivités de sa région au financement de la LGV Tours - Bordeaux, quitte à concentrer la contribution de Midi-Pyrénées sur le tronçon Bordeaux - Toulouse à partir de 2017.
