I advise travel and transportation CEOs and their teams on strategy and transformation. I help them craft rigorous and crystal-clear stories that enable bold decision making and embarking colleagues on new trajectories. I bring insights from helping travel, rail, aviation, road, postal, parcel, and maritime operators, infrastructure providers, as well as investors, OEMs, equipment suppliers and lessors, address their biggest challenges. Being multi-cultural, I am particularly sensitive to organizational facets of transformations. Within Oliver Wyman I was part of the team that got the Inclusion & Diversity transformation journey started a decade ago and recently revamped and deployed the firm's consultant's competency model with a team from around the globe. I started my international career with Oliver Wyman in Boston and London, and was a Paris-based Partner for the last two decades. I served transport sector clients in 40 countries on 5 continents. I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (Transportation major) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. My favorite form of personal transportation is river barging. Since the second COVID-19 lockdown, I moved my videoconferencing studio to the family barge which is now our primary residence for my wife and I.
